Can not activate family account after invite

Can not activate family account after invite

Hello, 

 

I just bought Spotify Family. I sent an invitation to my daughter, but we do not know how to activate the family account after logging in. What can we do?

Hi, I have upgrade my account premium>family but I can not see empty field for the mailadress. The only thing I see is an empty field without text. What now?

I have a Family Plan and my wife and my doughter used normally the Spotify for few months. Then, their accounts were closed. So I sent the invitation again, but they can't activate again...

They live at the same address, with me. 

What's happening? 

Can U help me?
