Can't activate account in mobile

Can't activate account in mobile

I have a premium family account and send an invitation to my daughter.
She got the mail an follow the instructions but get's only a free account. If I check my "family account" it is noticed that she is an active member in our "family account".
When she logs in with a web browser, it's marked as "premium family" but on Spotify App or Spotify Desktop App the account is still a "free". How can we solve this problem? I already delete the cache.

Hey @BellaMya!

 

It sounds like your daughter might be logged in to the wrong account. Don't worry, it's easy to check.

 

Could you ask her to log out of anywhere that is showing as Free and log back in again making sure to use the username that's linked to the Premium for Family plan.

 

That should do the trick. Keep us posted 🙂

Hi, my husband has confirmed his link to the family subscription and it says that is activated however his phone is still using the free version. After looking at other posts it says that he needs to log out, how does he do that?  I can't see anywhere on the app that allows him to log out.  Does he need to delete the app and start again?
