If I click on Premium for Family on the left hand side, I get taken to a page with a blank white box at the top and I am unable to click or do anything with this page.
If I go via my email and click on the send invite button to invite members to join the account, it takes me to the Account Overview page with the blank white box again.
It did this to me last month and I cancelled my Spotify completely and re-tried this month. It still won't work!!!
Please can you fix this or give me a workaround.

OK, I'm not going to ask for my money back. After half an hour reading FAQs, I went to support by chat, and got help right away.
The issue seems to be with our browsers. I am on Mac and using Safari. After trying to log in using "private browsing" as they suggested, it still didn't work. Then they suggested trying a different browser. I used Chrome, logged in, and voila, the page was no longer blank.
Good luck, and I'm still unimpressed that Spotify appears not to know about so obvious a problem.
I've just upgraded to family premium and likewise get a blank white box when trying to invite family members
Me too, upgraded from premium to family account today and can only see a blank page when trying to add family users.
Spotify, you need to sort this quickly as I'm close to cancelling my account!!!!!!!
Ditto for me. Just paid my $15.00, and all I get is a blank screen when I try to send an invite. I've logged out and in several times, nothing's different. I've pushed the "send invitations" button on my subscription confirmation email, but I'm just taken to the same blank page. I'm thoroughly unimpressed, and I see other people have the same problem.
How do we get our money back? Is no one from Spotify paying attention to this??

Yay! This works! Thanks so much, saved me from nearly cancelling my account again.
Hi,
had exactly the same problem with inviting family members from a Mac using Safari. Worked when I changed to Chrome.
Thanks for explaining so well!
Same problem here. The billing data is immediately confirmed, but the service payed for isn't provided. Seems someone has got his/her priorities wrong. This should be fixed right away.
i have tried everything, using chrome and a private webpage and it still brings be to a blank page when i try to accept my invitation.
Ok, time to go to the "Chat" function -- I don't recall where I found it, but it is somewhere in support/help or whatever. I got someone online right away, and they stayed online until the problem was solved.
