Can't add family members

I have Spotify premium for family and have sent requests several times over the last few months but they never get delivered to the recipients. How do they get the link?

The email invitations might be filtered out by the recepient's email so they can end up in the unwanted email or junk folders, so let's make sure they're not hiding there.

If they're unable to find the invites anywhere, we suggest sending new ones using a different web browser or an incognito window.
