Can't change country

Hello,

 

I just moved to another country with my girlfriend and we started a family account. However, she is not able to join the account because our accounts don't have the same country. While I have Luxembourg, she has Switzerland and we would like to both change it to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I am not able to do this and I cannot change my payment info for this because I do not have a Dutch payment method yet. Does anybody know how we could change the countries in our accounts to solve this problem?

Hey @tbastien,


Unfortunately, you won't be able to change your account's country setting to the Netherlands until you have a payment method that's been issued there.
