My Question or Issue

I own a duo plan but will be switching to a family plan. I’ve changed my address on my information, billing, and duo plan to match the family plan’s but get the same error message. I’ve tried different browsers and incognito mode but get the same error message. I’ve tried a new link from the family plan owner but get the same message. I have also tried this at the beginning of the year but got the same error message. Please help, thank you!

Thanks for reaching out.


You'll first need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite to the Premium Family plan 🙂

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to add my family members to my Spotify Family account for a month, but I’m running into issues because the Spotify website doesn’t seem to be working properly. Every time I try to access the Family Plan management section, the page either doesn’t load or gives me an error.

Has anyone else experienced this problem recently? If so, were you able to resolve it?

I’ve already tried:

  • Clearing my browser cache and cookies.
  • Using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari).
  • Accessing the website on a different device.

Unfortunately, none of these worked, and the app doesn’t seem to offer the option to manage family members.

I’d appreciate any advice or insights! Thanks in advance.
