Can't listen to the family mix if I join it

My Question or Issue

I'm having trouble listening to my Family mix. When on my phone if I choose "Listen now" i get redirected to this same page ( attached ), and i can't access the playlist. I therefore can't access the configuration (join/leave the family mix, etc).

The strange thing is that when I leave the family mix using the configuration panel on my account ( using my computer ) and restart my app, I then can use the family mix normally (but i'm not contributing to it).

To sum it up, i don't have access to my Family mix if I join it and can only use it as a watcher for now.

Is there any solution for this please?

Context : I've tried doing a clean re install, leaving / joining the mix, and I'm the account manager for the family if that matters

Make sure to log out from your Android device.

Then, can you try to log in to a different device, preferrably desktop and try to play the Family mix?

If you're able to play it, try to log out from Desktop, then log back in to the Android device and try to play the Family mix.
