Can't view address used for family plan

Can't view address used for family plan

I can't see which address I entered for my family plan anywhere. I'm pretty sure I entered the correct address and my husband has been trying our address to join but he keeps on getting an error. Can someone help me with this asap? So frustrating not to have any support chat on the site.

Hey @Martinette,

 

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to view/change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan.

 

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the plan on your old account 🙂
