Cannot add family member to my account because of address not mach!

I cannot add my brother to my family access account, we stay in the same area and not far from address in Spotify. We are currently try to do it in another country. My brother enters address exactly how it is in my account. Could you please send all possible solutions and scenarios. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

If you’re currently in another country, the system will pick up on that, and your brother won’t be able to join the plan.

He’ll need to wait until he’s back in the home country for him to join successfully.
