Cannot add member to my family account

Cannot add member to my family account

When I try to add a new family member, it asks me if I agree to add a member to the family of Amanda Benson (that I didn't know... as this is my family account). Then after filling form, it gives me always an error.

 

Who is this person ?

How to fix the addition of new member ?

Hey @MilkaCH, welcome to the Community!

 

Try inviting a member to your plan using an incognito window to see if you get the same pop-up message. If so, send over a screenshot so we can have a look. 

 

Make sure to edit out any sensitive info from your screenshot for your privacy.

Hi @SergioDavid,

 

The error is coming when the person receiving my invitation try to fill the required form. It is asking if he agrees to join the family account of Amanda Benson (who is this ???). Then submiting the form leads to an error and this is the same thing every time.

 

I think that something is wrong with my family account.
