Cannot add my daughter to spotify family

Hi all,

I am having issues adding my daughter to the Spotify Family plan. My situation is a bit complicated: We live in France, but I travel a lot to Tunisia for work. We are currently stuck in Tunisia due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions.

Now, when I try adding my daughter it does not let me because our location is not in France where the account is registered. I can also not change the account country to Tunisia, as it would require a Tunisian payment method, which I do not have.

Please help!

Sorry to hear you're in this situation and i hope that you're staying safe.

Unfortunately, as Premium Family requires all members to resign under the same address, you won't be able to add your daughter to the plan at the moment.

Furthermore, it's not recommended to go through the process from a long distance as it can effect you account two as you already mentioned.
