Cannot join Premium family even though I live in the same address

I try to join my boyfriend’s premium family subscription but I got rejected all the time. We live in the same address and I enter the same

address but still I got a warning message that since I live in another country, I can’t join that family subscription. My location settings are the same with my boyfriend. I tried incognito mode in the browser as well but didn’t help. Anybody knows how to fix that?

Even though you already mentioned that you've checked it, could you please go to https://spotify.com/account/profile and double-check your country setting one more time?

Your boyfriend should check his country setting as well (using the same link).
