My Question or Issue

I was using the same family plan for almost two years which was paid by me, and now since I have moved with my partner to her sisters house, I wanted to join to their family. But although I have tried at least 10 times, the app always gives me this screen, no matter phone, or desktop.

I need urgent help about this topic. My account's premium plan will end in 2 days, and I really don't want to listen to any advertisements.
