Cant Listen on More Than 1 Phone at Time

Upgraded to spotify for family a while ago, however still only one person is able to listen at a time. I thought with family spotify you multiple people were able to listen to their music at once. Any help would be much appreciated.

Each family member must have his/her own Spotify account, which means that each one will have his/her own login details. For instructions on how to invite your family members, just head here.
