Cant log in to family plan on new phone

Cant log in to family plan on new phone

Had family plan working fine on old phone, got new phone and now when I log in it says I am only on free version...

We suggest asking the owner of your plan if you're still part of their plan. If not, ask them to reinvite you.

 

If they see you're still part of the plan, you might have created an extra account that's Free. Just follow the steps listed here to find your accounts.
