Can I change the credit card in Spotufy Family without cancel and do all over again?

Yes, it is possible! All you need to do is go to your account settings by clicking on the link below: 

https://www.spotify.com/account/

You will be able to change your payment by going to the pane on the right-hand side of the screen where is shows your account type! Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more assistance!
