Change a family member

Change a family member

The person who settled our account has resigned. After that another person opened new account and added all of us again but it doesn't work. There is a notification that we can't do more than one change during a year. However the only change this year was about an account number. What can we do?

Hey @ilona2,

 

You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months. It doesn't matter if the address is exactly the same.

 

There, unfortunately, is no way around this policy.
