Change payment for premium to family plan

Change payment for premium to family plan

Hi, my dad just added me to his premium family plan along with my other family members. Previously, I was already a premium member and paid the monthly fee for December. I just want to make sure I won't get charged an individual premium fee in January when my dad gets charged his premium fee. Thanks!

Hi there!

You won't be charged for multiple plans on your account. You can view the plan which your account is on in the "Subscription" section of "My Account".
In your case, it should show this:Capture 2.PNG

yes but i have a charge in my bank account for december. it showed up the day after my dad switched my account over to the family plan. so i'm trying to get in contact with spotify to ask for that refund.

How can I contact Spotify directly if I think I have been incorrectly charged?
