Changed my account to Premium Family

Changed my account to Premium Family

I cancelled my account as an Individual User Premium and started to be Premium Family. As I received an e-mail from Spotify saying that I was still an Individual User until March 01, I cancelled my Spotify Premium Family, in order to not be charged twice for the service. 

Spotify is going to charge for this 2 services, until March 01? 

What do I have to do?

Hey @carolinananya,

 

If you're still Premium, try upgrading your account here. No new charges should be made since your account is already paid, but your renewal date will come forward accordingly.
