Changing premium to family premium

Changing premium to family premium

Hello! 

I had been using a single premium account and recently switched into a family account. I did not cancel my single premium and just switched to the family account. My payment cycle for the single premium is today. I just want to know if my single premium is active or has it been deactivated when I changed to the family premium.

Hey @RA011001,

 

Everything's been switched over from Premium to Premium for Family, so you won't be charged twice every month :')
