Changing registration country...

Hi all,

I've a question regarding how to change the registation country...

My previous Spotify account was registered in France (even if I never lived there!!!).. I live in Belgium (and working in Lux)

Today I'm moving to a spotify family account for sharing with my children ... and I found that their account can not be activated since we do not leave officially in the same country...

What do I exactly need to do? I've change the parameters and despite that, Country remains FR...

I am not using French payment card but card from Luxembourg where I work .. even if I live in Belgium ..

Hey @jeukeng,

If you've followed the steps in this support article to update your account's country setting to Belgium using your new credit card, the account's country should update automatically on your next billing date 🙂
