Superuser Contribution address

My family use the premium for family, but my account pass for free accont because they said that my address is different from the others. How can i change that? We live at the same address. My account is the same as the facebook.

Friend list not appear

Hi i just found out that one of my family member not getting the premium. When i go to manage my family subscription i couldnt find the list (see attachment). Pls help

Superuser Contribution Cannot skip numbers while having Premium family

Hi I pay for my Spotify Family when i skip numbers it says i dont have premium.I want help right now because i pay for this kind of functions.Hope to hear from you.

Superuser Contribution Premium Family doesn`t work

Hey everybody. Yesterday evening I installed Spotify and buy a Premium Famliy account. But the Premium features are not available yet. I still can`t go back to the last Song, and the shuffle mode is permanent on. Please help

I signed the Premium familly, but some Premium functions do not work.

I can choose songs, create playlists, but I still have limits to skip songs, and I can not rewind a song, can anyone help me?

I just registered for the family plan. My sister has an account too and she just paid the 9.99 and mine will renew in 3 days with the higher amount...that means not only am I getting charged 4.99 more because of three days...my sister also got charge...

Invitation for family members in different country failed

I have recently purchased Premium for Family account (in Northern Ireland/UK) and invited my family members in Czech republic, but apparently it does not allow them to join it. What should I do? How to proceed? Or is it just country-locked? Thanks!

¿Se puede adelantar las canciones?

Hola tengo el.plan familiar y quisiera saber si cuando estoy escuchando una cancion se puede adelantar o retroceder, porque he intentado y no se puede y en un amigo que tiene cuenta primium si se puede hacer eso. ESPERO SU AYUDA GRACIAS.
