Charged twice for one month.

Charged twice for one month.

I've been a Spotify member for years now and recently upgraded to the family plan. I haven't had a single problem with any billing or anything of that nature. But this past month I was charged normally at the end of the month (the 28th) the way I set it up. But just a few days later I received another full charge that I was not expecting which made my bank account go negative (The bank account I use is just for things like this and I don't keep money in it except to cover what comes out monthly. Which I usually put in around the 5th before anything else comes out.)  I plan to continue my service so I don't want a credit. Thank you.
