[Community][Other] Need to add my son again to my plan - rejected because did not reply to email?

I got an email saying that my son needs to confirm by email the address otherwise would be rejected from the plan. The deadline was today. I realised today that it was the deadline, but he's already rejected and now has to wait 12 months to be admitted?!? How is this possible? I'm paying every month for a family account and need to include him back. What needs to be done? I can prove with a state document that he lives with me!

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

We understand that your son's been removed from your Family plan, and you want to invite him back. In case he was switching between two plans, this restriction to his account could have indeed taken place. However, it sounds like he isn't changing the plan he is participating in, during the period of 12 months, then you should be able to re-invite him to your plan again - you can read how to do this here.

If you are unable to invite your son to the plan, and you are getting an error message, then we suggest you contact the folks from Customer Support who can take a deeper look into your son's account and help you with it. Here is the link.
