Compte premium ne s active pas avec le pack family

Compte premium ne s active pas avec le pack family


J ai reçu un mail pour activer la version premium via le pack family. Sur mon compte cela est bien enregistré mais sur l appli smartphone mon compte est toujours en free.
Comment faire pour être en version premium sur le téléphone ?
J ai déjà tenté de fermer et rouvrir de réinstaller...cela ne fonctionne pas.

We hope you don't mind that we reply in English. If you want, you can get French support via email with this contact form.

 

It sounds like you might have two accounts. Make sure the account you're logged into matches the account info with the info in your email reciept.

Hi Sergio,

 

I have the same problem. Clicking on the invitation opens the spotify page but the screen remains white. So I can't accept this invitation.  Do you have any idea?
