Convert annual subscription to family plan

I paid $99/year for the annual spotify plan.  I want to add my husband to the plan so we want to convert it to Family.  I can only discern that it will be $14.99 additional a month?  How will I be billed if I switch to Family?  I thought it was an additional $4.99/month on top of the $9.99 Premium plan but now I'm not so sure.

If you upgrade your subscription to Premium for Family, your remaining time on the deal will be converted to Family Premium. This means that your renewal date will be brought forward, and you won't be charged again until it runs out.

Ensure that you are the one to sign up for Premium for Family so that you can take advantage of the remaining time left on your annual subscription.
