Discount Family Subscriptions!

So, i just upgraded to a spotify family premium account so far i have tried adding family members with a registered spotify account - without premium ofc...

tried different browsers tried logging on and off again but every time i try to add a family member it says: please stick to the given format (roughly translated from german)

i don´t see any option using only a link to invite someone and inviting someone using only EMail doesn´t work.

I have also tried to tinker a little with my account settings as was recommended in some other forums (changing moblie phone and phone provider) which was unsuccesfull as well.

anyone got any advice on this issue?

Can you please make sure that there are no capital letters in the family members email address? 🙂
