Divide an account out of Family

I want to leave a Family account and transfer mine into another, new Family account.

How does this work?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

To start your own Family plan, you need to first leave your current one. 

The plan’s manager, who started the plan, can invite or remove members by logging in to their Family account page.

Alternatively, you can leave the current Family plan by logging in to your account page. From there, under Your plan, you can click CHANGE PLAN. And from there, you can choose CANCEL PREMIUM under Spotify Free.

After your account changes to Free, you can start your own Family plan.
