Error messge: You're unable to join this Family plan.

Hello

I sent an invide to my doughter, and she enter a wrong adress in the form. She got few emails to fix it, and ofcourse she ignore them till she was kicked off the family plan.

I re-sent her an invite, and logged in to her mail via Firefox private browsing. I logged in to her account and go the error message: You're unable to join this Family plan. 

I was changing the account password as suggested, I made a new invite, still having this issue.

Please support.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your account 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
