Error when I click on "Confirmar" tap when Spotify sends me an email to join to Familiar Plan

When I confirm to join to the Familiar Plan after type the requested information and I confirm, the page shows me this message:

"3 - Vaya, algo ha salido mal. Intenta de nuevo."
