Explicit Content Filter won't stay on family member account

Explicit Content Filter won't stay on family member account

My Question or Issue

We currently have a Family Premium plan and a 14 year old.  I turned the explicit filter on that account so they can't play explicit songs.  For some reason it seems to toggle back off so Explicit songs are available again.  Any thoughts on how to fix this?

We've checked on our end and we were able to reproduce the issue on our end. We've now forwarded it to the relevant team, we'll let you know in this thread once we have news.

 

In the meantime, feel free to try on another device/browser/internet connection and let us know if it helps.
