Explicit podcasts are showing up as "listen if you watch" suggestions

I just set up a spotify for my teen through our family premium. I set the setting to NOT allow explicit content.I put the app on his phone and the VERY FIRST THING on his home page is "Listen if you watch...Rap Sh!t" and is suggesting the "chat sh!t" podcast. How do remove this? He is 17 so we are not using Spotify Kids. He listens primarily to classical music.

We tried to find the abovementioned titles and couldn't do so. Are they marked as Explicit with the 'E' symbol?
If it's not too much trouble, we'd like to ask you to send us links to them (you may do so from a private session as well; you can toggle it from the settings).
