Hİ,

My daughter (Elif Hekimoglu) upgraded her premiun subscription to involve myself (Ayla H.) and my husband (Seckin H.). Although she is paying the family fee, our subscription has been denied by Spotfy, claiming that our adresses are not the same. we live in the same house! we entered the same adress, probably with minor differences, as we do not know how the adress is entered by the others. we cannot reach spotfy to solve this problem.

 

Its been a couple of months and I hope we can use premium soon. Ayla Hekimoglu

Do you have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? If so, it'd be best to reach out to our team on Twitter with the accounts that are having this issue.
