Fail to start subscription for two - payment doesn't work

Hello!

I want to start my subscription but I can't pay due to error (something went wrong). See screenshot.

I tried many cards and many times but nothing hapiened.

Could you help?

Can you check if you still get the error message when using a private/incognito window? We recommend giving it a try since this helps you avoid issues caused by the browser's cache. You can also check if the same happens with a different browser. 

In case you get the message in a private session as well, make sure you try connecting to a different network and paying again. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.
