Failed joining of family member

For some reasons my husband cannot join my family plan subscription, it always says must be residing at same residence where infact we are residing in same. Is there anyway to view the address that i registered? There might be 1 character that is not the same that is why it wont go thru.

Ask them to try joining your plan using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info.
