[Familiar Plan] Invitation doesn't work properly

I've tried to invite an additional account (*snip*) in my familiar plan (*snip*), but it didn't work properly. "Unable to access" is informed as soon as Deborah accesses the invitation link. How could I proceed?

Do they have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window? They can also try using a different device to see if it makes a difference.
