Familiy member still not working

Familiy member still not working

I got premium familiy but my wife is still not able to see the download button...it still works like a basic plan, not premium...

Keep in mind that she needs to accept the invitation you sent to get into the Premium for Family plan. If she hasn't, you can go here to check how to do it: https://support.spotify.com/article/premium-for-family/.

Yes, she clicked the link to activate and ro accept the invitation...also
she logged in and out several times

She can also see that she is part of premium family membership, but she is
unable to do any action as a premium member
