Hey Guys

 

We're nearly about to freak out ... We're 3 people using a family account. 3 mobile phones and 1 laptop. Unfortunately we all have to listen to the same music at the same time. Every time one of us wants to listen to this own music, the other two can't listen to music. One device is always "stealing" the music from the others. Is that normal. Can we just listen to music using one device or is it possible to listen on 3 devices to different music at the same time.

 

Would be awesome if you could help us.

Hey @Jane2716,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
