Family Invite Link Doesn't Work

Family Invite Link Doesn't Work

 

Hello! I already have a pre existing account, with premium, and my cousin invited me to join her family plan. We live in the same house and all the requirements are met, but when I click on the link in the email invite that she sent me, it doesn't come up with a confirmation screen like it should. 

At first, it just showed me my current premium information (my credit card and how much I was paying a month). I thought I had to cancel my current subscription, so I did, and now when I click on the link, it just asks me if I want to renew my subscription to premium. Why can't I accept her invite to her family plan? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hello @oriondam,

 

Can you tell your administrator to send a new link and see if it works now?

 

Also, can you try it in another browser/incognito mode?

 

If nothing works I'd also recommend trying it on another device.
