Family Member used a wrong address.

Hi. What should we do when a family member enters their work address by mistake?

Hey there @Maz1354, welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family plan. 

In this case, that family member will need to create a new account (make sure you sign out everywhere and cancel the plan on your old account beforehand) and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. As for their music, playlists etc, he can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff on their Twitter handle @SpotifyCares so that they can do their magic backstage and migrate his music to the new account 🙂
