Family Plan Error

Family Plan Error

I cancelled my duo subscription with the intent of joining a family plan. I found out after I cancelled it that the reason it wasn’t letting me join was because you can only switch plans once every 12 months. If I renew my duo for the remaining months, will I have to wait another year to join the family plan?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you've previously been the owner of a Premium Duo plan and are now back on Spotify's Free plan, you should be able to accept the invite to the Premium Family plan without any issues.

 

If your Premium Duo plan is still active, you'll need to wait until has ended before you'll be able to accept the invite.

 

If the issue persists, please share the exact error message you're seeing 🙂
