Family Plan Subscription

i am new to spotify family plan and subscribed it last month. spotify sent me email to renew my subscription but i ignored it for a few days. when i renew the subscription, i was asked to add my family members and they already received the invitation mail and spotify wanted them to enter the zip code of our house address and they did as said but they were not in the subscription until today.
