Family Plan doesn’t stay on my account

My Question or Issue

My son sent me a link for Spotify premium family plan and it worked, but once I closed out of the app it doesn’t appear that I have it anymore. When I check online it says I am still on the family plan, but in the app it does not. The username on the app and online account log in seem to be different, but there is no option to change it. Could this be it or why does it not show that I have family premium on the app?

Thanks for coming to the COmmunity.

 

It's possible that the account that's part of the plan is different from the one you're using within the app. Can you try logging into https://spotify.com/account to see if the account is on Premium (because it's part of the Premium Family plan) or if it's on Free?
