Family Plan issue: member lost premium

Family Plan issue: member lost premium

Hey there everyone! Hope someone can help...

So, my dad recently created a family plan and successfully added me and some other members. Alright, that's what you'd expect from your dad. Things is, after some time (say a week and a half maybe), I suddenly lost my premium subscription even though my father and the other members still have it working just fine. I logged out, logged in, reinstalled the app, got the invitation to join the family over and over again and it so happens that I can't get the premium back! There's even an error message when I try do apply the settings for name, address and etc when I click in the link of said invitations. It's as if I am no longer member of the family all of a sudden.

Any suggestions? 🙂
