Family Plan - still only one concurrent user

Family Plan - still only one concurrent user

Upgraded to the family plan and invited family members as instructed. They seemed to be able to create accounts successfully, but the service still only lets one user play music at a time. If a second family member attempts to play music, the message comes up that the Spotify is currently being used on another device. You can then choose to continue on the current device or change device. Is this how the service is designed?

Just to be sure, is everyone logging in with different account details (different emails and passwords)?
