Family Plan

Family Plan

I signed up for a family plan and added my wife, but her account shows as a standard free account when it should be Premium.  How do I fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure your wife doesn't have multiple Spotify accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

You can make sure her account is part of the plan by logging in with your account here. Her account should show as part of the plan, or you'll find only the pending invitation.
