Family Premium Invitation - You need to live at the same address

You need to live at the same address appears when using a Family Premium Invite even though the address is identical. At least one user was able to get live help, but I can't find where to do that.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Keep in mind that Premium Family is only for people who live at the same physical address. 

If that's the case, you/they can try accepting the invite again from a different device and using an incognito window.
