I recently created a spotify family account, and when I send out my invitations to my family members they hit the activate button and they log in to their accounts, however, they are still receiving the free account services, but on my account is tells me that they are already active, they have reset their devices and uninstalled and installed the app multiple times but were at a point of giving up now.

Hi @Jacquie12,

Could your family members log into different devices to see if you're all still Free on another device.


You should also all log in here to check the status of your subscription.

If you all show up as Free when checking this, try to send the invites again.
