Hi!My dad upgraded to family premium and I've done everything that the instructions said, but I can't access the account. I've made my own free- account, but it isn't working with my dads account. Could you please help me with this issue?

Premium family - add family member invitation does not appear on screen

I have started and payed for premium family account. But I dont get the invitation wizard on my screen. It is blank, nothing happens. So I pay but cant invite my family. What am I doing wrong ?
