Family Premium not activating, going round in loops here!

Hi gang, just signed up for family premium, but although it says i've upgraded in the account overview, when i click manage your family accounts (go) it takes me to the family signup page again, following the link to get started takes me to the sign up for spotify premium (not family premium).

Its like im half registerd or something! weird. I hope this is a temporary glitch and it will correct itself, but has anyone else seen this? very strange.

the spotify app seems to think im still on a free account too..

Let me know if there is anything I can do!

Same thing! Kinda sucks that they don't have a chat feature to see what's going on or and talk to a representative.

The chat feature is going to be impemented soon as a phone call to a spotify support member way. For now you can contact them here if the problem stil exists: support@spotify.com or at support.spotify.com
